Lanista Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of lanista.bet, operated by Tallinio Ltd. By registering, you confirm you are of legal gambling age in your province and agree to these terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Lanista. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. Players from restricted countries โ including the United States and the United Kingdom โ are not permitted to register. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2. Account Registration
You may only hold one account on Lanista. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any winnings and bonus funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lanista is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately at support@lanista.bet if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Withdrawal page. Lanista charges no fees on withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method as detailed on the Withdrawal page. Lanista reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
4. Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered before withdrawal. Lanista reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Any abuse of bonus offers โ including collusion, system exploitation, or fraudulent activity โ will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and related winnings.
5. Responsible Gambling
Lanista provides tools to help you gamble responsibly including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your Account Settings at any time. Lanista complies with responsible gambling regulations and cooperates with recognised responsible gambling organisations. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use self-exclusion and contact a support organisation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on lanista.bet โ including text, graphics, logos, software, and game content โ is the property of Tallinio Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Tallinio Ltd.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lanista's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Lanista is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. These limitations do not affect your statutory rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tallinio Ltd is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
